What USTVnow channels are available in HD on the paid plans?

TV shows that are available in high definition will play in 720p. Currently, the HD option is available for the following channels:
ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, PBS, AMC, Animal Planet, Bravo, Discovery Channel, ESPN, ESPN2, FX, Fox News, Freeform, National Geographic, Paramount Network, Sundance, Syfy, TLC, and USA.

How do I pay my subscription?

Payment will be automatically deducted every 30 days using the credit card or Paypal registered on the account.

How can I upgrade/change my plan?

Just Click Here and then click the "Upgrade/Change" button if you wish to change your subscription and then click submit.

How many simultaneous people can be logged in on my account?

Only one person can be logged in on a computer per account. If you login on a computer and are already logged in elsewhere, you will be logged out of your older session. For other devices such as tablets and mobile, 3 people can be logged in simultaneously.

What happens to days I paid for if I change from one paid plan to another?

The number of days remaining in your current subscription will be added to the amount of days in the new one and you will have access to all features/channels in the new plan for all remaining days. If you downgrade from a paid to free plan, you will lose the remaining days in your plan so it is recommended you don't do this until the day before it expires or open a ticket and ask us to do this for you.

How To

How to change my location to get local channels?

Currently, we do not have this option. Our local channels are from Harrisburg, PA only. We may add other location in the future. We will update our website and support page if it becomes available.

How do I view in full screen?

Simply mouse over the player and click on the bottom right square icon that appears. You can do this in small or large screen mode. If you press escape you will revert back to the previous size.

How do I change channels?

Just click on the station or show name in the guide.

How do I watch USTVnow on my Chromecast device?

In order to view USTVnow on your chromecast, make sure you are already a USTVnow subscriber.

Please follow the steps below:

1. On the TV: Connect your Chromecast to your TV according to the accompanying instruction manual.

2. Make sure to use the same Wifi source from your computer.

3. Sign in to your USTVnow account using a computer and start watching.

4. Open the chrome browser settings and click on the "cast" option.

5. Choose the device and click play on the computer screen.

What devices does USTVnow work on ?

USTVnow works on a majority of devices that allow you to browse the Internet including mobile phones, tablet computers and devices that connect your TV to the Internet. We have an optimized site for mobile phones at www.ustvnow.com/mobile. For example USTVnow works on:.

Android phones with version 4 and greater.

You can pay your USTVnow subscription using credit card (all are accepted) or Paypal account.

Is the service available in the U.S.A ?

USTVnow is intended as a service exclusively for Americans living overseas. We do not delete anything from the original broadcast, cable or satellite TV feeds streamed to users, including commercials. The service in the continental U.S.A. is available as a TV anywhere service in combination with a regular cable subscription from USTVnow cable partners.
